Ngurratjuta Tourism Talent Pool

We are looking for staff to join our Ngurratjuta Tourism Talent Pool.

How does it work?

As part of our pool, we will assess your suitability to work across Ngurratjuta Tourism properties. We will then draw upon your skills and talent, to work full time, part time, assist us during peak times, or as new positions become available.

What positions do you want to fill for your casual pool?

We will draw from the Ngurratjuta Tourism Talent Pool to fill positions at Glen Helen Lodge, Ormiston Gorge Kiosk and Tilmouth Well Roadhouse across the following teams:

  • Front Office
  • House Keeping
  • Retail
  • Ground Force
  • Food and Beverage
  • Kitchen
  • Cultural Tour Guides

What skills do I need?

Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation requires dedicated and committed workers. Be ready to come to work with a smile, and a bright positive attitude toward our customers and colleagues.

What next?

We will assess your application for suitability and advise you of an outcome within 2 to 4 weeks. We will also touch base with you regularly by phone or email, to ensure you wish to remain in our pool.

When can I start work?

As positions become available, we will advise you, should you be suitable. Please be ready to come on board!
